Bob was listed in the 1993-2014 editions of Best Lawyers in America in the section on healthcare law. He also has been featured in the Kentucky Super Lawyers, a list of the top five percent of lawyers in Kentucky and is past president of the Kentucky Academy of Hospital Attorneys. The former Associate Professor at Xavier University taught healthcare law. He is also Chairman of the board of St. Claire Regional Medical Center.
